Cape Fear Shiner Collection Site

North Carolina Wildlife Resource Biologists collect adult Cape Fear Shiners for a headstart program at Edenton National Fish Hatchery. The goal of the program is to increase the population size of these endangered fish. Here is a picture of our collection site on the Deep River, NC.
