Sunset Bird Walk

Join us on Friday, August 15 for a sunset bird walk through the refuge! We have the potential to hear or see some owls and other nocturnal wildlife. Binoculars will be provided. This walk will start at 8pm in the central parking lot and be about 2 hours long. The entrance gate will be closed so form a single file line outside of it. We will let people in from 7:55-8:10pm. Make sure to be on time otherwise you will not be let in. Registration is required for this event and there is limited space. If the form is closed, email the park ranger at gabriela_youngken@fws.gov to put your name on the waitlist. If you are no longer available please email the park ranger to take your name off the list.
