Monarch Tagging at Oxboro Library

Engage in community science by helping tag monarch butterflies at Oxboro Library. This fun and educational activity is perfect for all ages and helps biologists track the monarch migration down to Mexico. Drop in at our pop-up tent outside at anytime to get all your supplies! No previous experience required. Please check website and Facebook for program cancellation.

Registration Information: No registration required.

Activity Level: Easy - Self-led, go at your own pace, and as active as desired. On paved sidewalks.

What to Bring: This event is being held outdoors. Weather appropriate dress is encouraged. In the event of severe weather, please monitor our MeetUp and Facebook pages for a cancellation notice.

Accessibility: Please bring your own water bottle. Tent will be reachable by paved sidewalk. Picnic tables for resting available. Library open for visitation, indoor restrooms, and water.

Program Leader: This program is coordinated by refuge staff and led by volunteers.
