A walk through the woods is beneficial to our physical, emotional, and mental health. Take a morning to put down your screens and relax. Wander through our forested trails and utilize your senses to connect with the experience.
Mindfulness walks will be a monthly occurrence on the second Saturday of each month. This months walk will be led by volunteer Susan on Blackwater River Trail in Canaan Valley State Park. Meet at the trail head located near the Canaan Valley State Park golf course at 10am. For direction click here.
