Join our refuge rangers on Saturday, March 9th, 2024, at 1pm to learn how to make origami birds to based off the birds you can find at DeSoto and Boyer Chute National Wildlife Refuges!
During this program visitors will get to enjoy the sights and sounds of migratory waterfowl and learn how to make them in origami. Refuge rangers will demonstrate how to create the birds and explain the history and meaning behind origami. Attendees will be able to take all their creations home, but supplies are based on a first come first served basis.
