About Weston Rantamaki
Hello, my name is Weston Rantamaki. I work as an Invasive Species Technician with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service at Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University, where I focused on ecology and evolutionary biology.
My professional background includes experience in wildlife management and habitat restoration. I’m passionate about continuing my education, particularly in microbiology, while remaining dedicated to conservation work.
Originally from the Great Lakes region, I’ve lived in Eastern Washington for the past five years. In my free time, I enjoy running and reading books on a wide range of topics, including physics, mathematics, computer science, economics, history, paleontology, and archaeology.
