2017 Fall Flight Festival

Every Sunday in November!
Festival graphic Las Vegas National Wildlife Refuge and Friends of Las Vegas are hosting the annual Fall Flight Festival on each of the four Sundays in November, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Discover Las Vegas National Wildlife Refuge during the fall migration!  The Fall Flight Festival is in Celebration of the migration of waterfowl down the flyway east of the mountains.  It's the only time of year when visitors can access the 4 1/2 mile self-guided wildlife drive through native short-grass prairie grasslands, playa lakes, marshes and croplands that serve as important habitat for a multitude of migratory birds; including a wide variety of waterfowl, geese, eagles, and sandhill cranes.
