DLWMD 2026 Grazing Package

The Detroit Lakes Wetland Management District is offering, to all eligible applicants, an opportunity to enter into a Cooperative Agricultural Agreement (CAA) to conduct grazing on the specified National Wildlife Refuge and Waterfowl Production Areas in Becker and Clay counties.

In order to be considered, applicants must complete the Commercial Activities Special Use Permit Application (FWS Form 3‐1383‐C), read and sign the Special Conditions, fill out the attached Bid Sheet (FWS Form 3‐1384) and return for each unit you are interested in.
