Learn how to identify & tap maple trees, collect & boil the sap, and package nature's original sweetener.

Details:

  • The adventure begins at the Hatchery foyer, where a brief explanation of the process will take place.

  • This excursion will conclude with a bowl of ice cream - and maple syrup, of course!

  • Everything will be taking place outdoors. Please dress accordingly — bring your appetite!!



                                DID YOU KNOW? It takes 40 gallons of maple sap to make 1 gallon of maple syrup.
