July Mindfulness Walk

A walk through the woods is beneficial to our physical, emotional, and mental health. Take a morning to put down your screens and relax. Wander through our forested trails and utilize your senses to connect with the experience.

Mindfulness walks will be a monthly occurrence on the second Saturday of each month. This month’s walk will be led by ACE member Zoe on Freeland Boardwalk. We hope you can make it. Click here for directions.
