A Master Naturalist Class for adults will be held every Wednesday evening in March and April at the refuge Visitor Center. The time will be 6-9:30 pm and the cost is $35. The class will feature presentations on different natural history topics each week. Programs will include Indiana geology, mammals and tracks, invasive plants, reptiles and amphibians, trees, wetlands, birds, and other topics. Those who complete the course and donate 24 hours of volunteer work to a public agency will receive a Master Naturalist pin and certificate.
