Join us at the Ma-le'l Dunes Cooperative Management Area and help restore natural diversity to the coastal dune ecosystem by removing invasive yellow bush lupines. Bring drinking water and gloves if you have them. Wear long sleeves, long pants and closed-toe shoes. We'll provide snacks, gloves and tools.
Parking at, and carpooling from, Ma-le'l South (Bureau of Land Management) to Ma-le'l North (U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service) is highly encouraged. Take Young Lane off of Hwy 255 in Manila and follow signs. For more information and to RSVP for a group, please call Friends of the Dunes at 707-444-1397
