Peter Pearsall

Peter is a Science Communications Specialist for the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Pacific Coastal and Marine Science Center.

"I am a naturalist, writer, photographer/videographer, and public-relations professional with more than a decade of experience working with federal governmental agencies on issues of land use, conservation, and science."

Before working for the USGS, Peter worked as an interpretive specialist at the Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge in 2019. He later volunteered with the External Affairs office in Sacramento, California in the Spring of 2020.

When not out in the field for work, you can find peter in the field watching birds for fun.
