JUNIOR NATURALIST PROGRAM
- In person: grab a free booklet from the visitor center and earn a badge! Located at the National Elk Refuge & Greater Yellowstone Visitor Center, 532 North Cache Street. If you don't have time to complete your book in person, email an image of your completed book and receive a patch! Email: kari_cieszkiewicz@fws.gov

Raptors on Refuges
December 16 - March 31: every Friday from 11AM-1PM, join the National Elk Refuge and the Teton Raptor Center to learn about raptors on the Refuge! Located at the National Elk Refuge & Greater Yellowstone Visitor Center, 532 North Cache Street.
winter wildlife excursions
December 11 - March 29: Every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 10AM - 12PM, join a Refuge Naturalist on a driving tour of the National Elk Refuge. Reservations are required and space is limited. Stay tuned for reservation options.

Are you looking to visit the Refuge or have the Refuge come to you? The education team at the National Elk Refuge offers a variety of exciting educational programs that highlight natural history and life sciences. All programs are free of charge. Please schedule your program two weeks in advance.
Environmental Education Programs (curriculum-based)
The education team at the National Elk Refuge offers a variety of exciting educational programs for teachers and their students. Our curriculum-based programs are focused on wildlife natural histories and life sciences. Programs are offered either onsite on the National Elk Refuge or at schools within Teton, Lincoln, & Sublette Counties in Wyoming or in Teton County in Idaho. Youth Programs
The education team at the National Elk Refuge offers a variety of activity-based programs for local or visiting youth groups. These programs are designed for nature camps, after-school groups, and youth-focused community events.
