Lava Ridge Wind Project - Eagle Incidental Take Permit

The Service received an eagle incidental take permit application from Magic Valley Energy, LLC for the proposed Lava Ridge Wind Energy Generation Facility (Project). The Project is proposed to be located mostly or entirely on lands managed by the BLM and is approximately 25 miles northeast of Twin Falls, Idaho.
