Climbing into a Bald Eagle's Nest

Man standing on the large limb of a very large tree, holding a repelling rope - the rope can be seen attached to the tree at two points, as well hanging off the tree in several places. Above him in the tree is a very large nest, with a Bald Eagle sitting in said nest. The tree is devoid of leaves.
