Image shows the size of the California Tiger Salamander in relation to the human hand. It was taken March 3, 2009 during a field trip with FWS staff and UC Davis grad students to the Jepson Prairie Reserve. The reserve is owned by the Solano Land Trust and UC Dave is involved in its management.
