Painting and drawing
At Reelfoot National Wildlife Refuge
The Reelfoot NWR has several areas for the public to be able to draw or paint. Bring your field journal to sketch out plants, songbirds, waterfowl, macro-invertebrates and more.
Tara Dowdy, the Ranger for the West TN NWR Complex, is also the coordinator for TN Jr. Duck Stamp Program. This is an amazing program where you combine art and science to produce your own origianal art piece of a duck or goose native to north America. If you love art OR waterfowl, check out this program!
