At Reelfoot National Wildlife Refuge
Reelfoot National Wildlife Refuge is one of the best places to go birding in Tennessee. Drive down the Grassy Island Wildlife Drive in the spring months to hear and see a plethora of songbirds. Enjoy a free Eagle Tour in the January or February to view bald eagles, waterfowl and geese. Schedule a free Canoe Trip in October or November to view pelicans floating lazily in the water.
The Reelfoot NWR is open from sunrise to sunset.
