DeSoto Spring Bird Count

DeSoto and Boyer Chute National Wildlife Refuge will be hosting a volunteer-led spring bird. This count is conducted every year on the refuge by volunteers and local birders. Birders of all experience type are welcome to participate. Participants meet at the DeSoto Visitor Center and then head out in small groups to various quadrants of the refuges. The count lasts until 4 pm and groups record all bird species that were observed during this time period.
