Volunteer Position Overview
About This Position
Volunteers will help plant shrub and grass seedlings on a 3-acre restoration plot which is adjacent to the Refuge Visitor Center. Work will include planting 575 big sagebrush , 130 four-wing saltbush, and 100 rabbitbrush seedlings. The Friends of Deer Flat will be providing drinks and snacks to go along with the planting fun!
Training will be provided the day of the planting.
