The Associate Chief Information Officer (ACIO) makes decisions regarding the establishment of the Service’s information management and information technology strategies and their alignment with the objectives and expected outcomes of the Department.

Paul Gibson is the Associate Chief Information Officer (ACIO) for the Fish and Wildlife Service. As ACIO, Paul is responsible for decisions regarding the establishment of the Service’s information management and information technology strategies and their alignment with the objectives and expected outcomes of the Department. In this capacity, he also leads the Service’s Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) implementation and contribute to the Service’s overall enterprise business technology planning.
