VIRTUAL INFORMATION SESSIONS AND PUBLIC HEARINGS
On November 18, 2021, the Service held a public information session on the proposed rule. You can view a recording of the session or download a transcript.

We will hold a public information session on December 8, 2021 from  5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Mountain Time, followed by a public hearing from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mountain Time. We strongly encourage registration for this event using the link below, especially for those wishing to provide oral testimony. We will do our best to accommodate individuals who call-in without registering and want to provide oral testimony during the public hearing, but only after we have heard from those individuals who registered.
