    These proposed wilderness areas are managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to maintain their wilderness qualities in the event Congress designates them as wilderness. Within proposed wilderness, only non-motorized, non-mechanical transport is permitted. Hiking, photography, hunting, fishing, wildlife observation and backcountry camping may be among the permitted uses. Contact the refuge for additional information.
