E-Bikes on Refuges

If the refuge manager determines that the use of e-bikes (electric bicycles) is consistent with the refuge’s statutory purpose -- and if the refuge manager determines the use of e-bikes to be a compatible use -- e-bikes may be used on any refuge roads and trails where traditional bicycle use is allowed.
