    San Luis Unit of San Luis NWR: Full quota. Full quota in free roam is 90 hunters.

    Blue Goose Unit of San Luis NWR: All blinds open.

    Kesterson Unit of San Luis NWR: All blinds open.

    North and South Freitas Units of San Luis NWR Full quota at each unit is 15 boats with maximum of 4 people per boat.  North Freitas will be at full quota.  South Freitas will be reduced to 10 boats due to water hyacinth.  South Freitas hunters should be advised that there is quite a bit of water hyacinth in the channel this year.  The county was not able to control it as effectively this year.

    West Bear Creek Unit of San Luis NWR: The West Bear Creek Unit normally opens on the 3rd Saturday in November.  Expecting full quota/all ponds open.

    East Bear Creek Unit of San Luis NWR: The East Bear Creek Unit normally opens on the 3rd Saturday of November. Expecting full quota/both zones open.

    Merced NWR: All blinds, except 13, 14, 15.  A well replacement project is expected to be completed by mid-October, allowing blinds 13-15 to come online shortly after.  All blinds expected to be open thereafter.

    Lonetree Unit of Merced NWR: Lonetree Unit normally opens on the 3rd Saturday in November.  The Bypass Zones C, D, E are expected to open. No water is available to flood Zones A and B, and they will remain closed unless water becomes available.
