The Sam D. Hamilton Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge is seeking applications from adventurous young women and men ages 15 to 18. Applicants may not turn 19 during the duration of employment. Young adults interested in wildlife careers, summer employment or job experience, are encouraged to apply.
Positions are available through the Youth Conservation Corps program and are a great way to get to know your local National Wildlife Refuge and become involved in natural resource conservation. No prior experience is necessary but participants must be legal citizens of the United States. Students are expected to work the full duration of the summer.
