Navassa Island NWR is closed to the public and is managed as part of the Caribbean Islands NWR Complex based out of Cabo Rojo NWR.

Navassa Island is closed to the public, visitor activities are offered at the Cabo Rojo Visitor Center.

The Caribbean Islands NWR Visitor Center: 

The Caribbean Islands NWR Visitor Center, located at the Cabo Rojo National Wildlife Refuge, offers the chance to learn more about the Caribbean Islands National Wildlife Refuges, local endangered species and ecosystems. Be amazed by the giant manatee hanging at the exhibit hall. There is a short movie (Spanish with English subtitles) to tell you more about the refuge's protection and conservation of local wildlife. The Visitor's Center also includes educational exhibits about the local flora and fauna.
