Glenn Martin National Wildlife Refuge is managed by the Chesapeake Marshlands NWR Complex, located in Cambridge, Maryland, which also supervises the Eastern Neck NWR, Susquehanna NWR, and Blackwater NWR, and includes Bishops Head, Barren Island, Garrett Island, and Spring Island divisions.
