Hunting is not allowed at Blue Wing in Ozaukee County and Wilcox in Waushara County, and Lucas in Ozaukee County is inaccessible. Hunters must have a license from the State. All state and federal hunting regulations apply. Hunting migratory waterfowl requires a Duck Stamp. Non-toxic shot is required for all types of hunting, but does not apply to use of rifle bullets or shotgun slugs.

Although fishing is allowed on all 57 Waterfowl Production Areas, fishing opportunities are limited as the majority of wetlands on the waterfowl production areas are shallow and are not intended to support large fish. State licenses are required. See Rules and Regulations section for more information.
