Refuge Law Enforcement

Law Enforcement officers at Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge help visitors understand and obey wildlife protection laws. They work closely with state and local government offices to enforce federal and state hunting regulations that protect migratory birds other game species from illegal take and to preserve legitimate hunting opportunities.
