Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge offers environmental education programs and special events geared toward students five to 14 years of age or any child interested in wildlife-related educational programs.


There are many opportunities for children who have an interest in nature, need to complete a school project or just want to enjoy a day in the outdoors.
