Get Involved

Vols_NCG_Promo_LargeFrom its start in 1903, the National Wildlife Refuge System has owed its very existence to concerned citizens eager to protect America's natural resources. Become a volunteer today and help support education, conservation, and ultimately the wildlife at Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee NWR.

More than 42,000 people volunteer their time and ideas each year to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Whether they work on the land, in a visitor center or with youth, they contribute to the conservation mission that reaches back more than a century.

Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee NWR is supported by over 150 wonderful volunteers that have given over 14,638 hours of service. With their help, they have filled in the gaps of over 6 full time employees! Become a volunteer at the Refuge today to help conserve and protect our nations' wildlife and teach thousands of visitors that their actions today determine the conservation legacy of tomorrow.
