Hours and entrances fees are listed below.

Refuge Hours

Visitor Center
Open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily.
Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Headquarters Office
Open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Closed on all Federal Holidays.

The Headquarters Area (Boynton Beach) trails, boat ramps, and other outdoor facilities (including the A, B, and C Impoundments) is open daily from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Night use is strictly prohibited. The remainder of the refuge is open 24 hours.

Entrance Fees

An entrance pass is required for all visitors to the Refuge, including the Headquarters Area, Hillsboro Areas, and 20-Mile Bend Areas. The fee for the daily pass is waived if the visitor is in possession of an annual or lifetime pass, which are available at the entrance fee booth and Visitor Center. The refuge accepts payment in the form of cash or a check.

$80.00 Interagency Lifetime Senior Pass (lifetime pass for 62 years of age and older)
$20.00 Interagency Annual Senior Pass (annual pass for 62 years of age and older)
$0 Interagency Access Pass (lifetime pass for permanently disabled individuals)
$0 Every Kid Outdoors (valid September 1 – August 31 for 4th grade students)
$0 Military Annual Pass (must be current active duty armed service personnel)
