GROVE PLANTATION CLOSED TO ALL PUBLIC USE EFFECTIVE AUGUST 20TH
Barrelville & Combahee Unit open as usual.
Certain areas of the refuge are closed seasonally for benefit of wildlife. These areas are marked with "closed area" signs. Other areas (such as our maintenance shop compound) are closed permanently and are also marked with "closed area" signs. Visitors are not to go beyond the signs into these areas.
Front gate and Grove House (office) close at 4 PM to public access. Visitors need to be parked outside the gate by 4 PM. Grounds are open from sunrise to sunset to pedestrian access.
