Portland Harbor Cooperative Process

The Trustee Council is conducting a phased approach to cooperative Natural Resource Damage Assessment process with the potentially responsible parties in the Portland Harbor Superfund site area. This section provides Phase 1 and Phase 2 documentation and agreements and shows how the NRDA process is separate from, but related to the EPA Superfund process.
