Location/Size: Union County, OR. Project consists of 61 wind turbines with generating capacity of 101 megawatts (MW).
Eagle Take Permit Issued/Expires: Pending
Authorized Take: 16 Golden Eagles and 2 Bald Eagles over 5 years
Mitigation Required: No deduction from Eagle Management Unit take thresholds and, thus, no compensatory mitigation required for projects that are constructed and operational prior to September 2009 and have not been physically modified since then to increase risk to either eagle species. Please see Final EA for more detail.
