EEO Discrimination Complaints Program

The Department of the Interior prohibits discrimination on the bases of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, mental or physical disability, reprisal, sexual orientation, status as a parent, and genetic information. All Federal employees, former employees, and applicants for Federal employment who believe they have been discriminated against must contact an EEO Counselor within 45 calendar days of the alleged incident before filing a formal complaint.
