Kiwa Trail: Closed until further notice for nesting sandhill cranes.

We are very excited to see this endangered species nesting near the Kiwa trail. Staff will continue to carefully monitor this activity and open the trail when these birds are no longer using the area. It is extremely important that the public does not use this trail during this sensitive time. Learn more about sandhill cranes from the Washington State Fish and Wildlife Service here.

Restrooms are now open and being cleaned weekly. Due to the increased volume of visitors, supplies such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer may run low between servicing. Please make sure you have your own sanitation supplies in case of this.
