 The Public is invited to Comment on a Draft Compatibility Determination for Right of Way Permit for Water Pipeline Construction and Operation at Coquille Point.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking comments and feedback on a  Draft Compatibility Determination for a Right of Way Permit for Water Pipeline Construction and Operation at Coquille Point Coquille Point is part of Oregon Islands National Wildlife Refuge.  The draft compatibility determination is available for public review and comment for 15 days from May 3, 2021 to May 17, 2021.

Concerns expressed during the public comment period will be addressed in the final Compatibility Determination.
