Now Accepting Applications for 2020 Grazing Permits

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge is accepting applications for grazing in Sherburne County, Minnesota for the 2020 growing season. The successful bidder’s permit may be extended yearly for up to four additional grazing periods, not to exceed the 2024 grazing season.

Sealed bids are due at Refuge Headquarters no later than 3:30 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2020. Those individuals interested in submitting an application can find the necessary information and documents below or pick up hard copies at Refuge Headquarters at 17076 293rd Ave NW, Zimmerman, MN 55398. Bids will be opened on Monday, February 24 at 10:00 a.m. The bids will be reviewed and the winning bidder will be awarded by February 28, 2020.
