Preparing Your Site Want to learn how to create your own prairie garden? From seed cleaning and planting to weed control and using for education, you will learn a new skill every month in this DIY series.

The topic for May will be: Preparing Your Site. Set yourself up for success with these simple pre-planting hints and tricks! We will apply the day’s lesson by preparing an area outside the Prairie Learning Center for a future garden. These programs are for aspiring gardeners of all ages and experience. Individuals and groups are welcome! Please wear comfortable clothing for indoors and outdoors! This will be a monthly program held from November to July. You do not need to participate in all of them. Simply attend when you can!
