The public are invited to participate in the 2017 Savannah Coastal Refuges Complex Photography Contest! The contest is free and open to the public, and all pictures submitted must have been taken at one of the seven National Wildlife Refuges within the Complex (Savannah, Pinckney Island, Harris Neck, Wassaw, Blackbeard Island, Tybee, and Wolf Island NWRs). Photographs can be submitted in 3 categories (Landscapes, Wildlife, and People in Action) in one of 3 tiers (Professional, Amateur, and Youth). All photographs should be taken at one of the seven Refuges, and during the time period of March 11 and September 8, 2017. Prizes will be awarded for 1st-3rd place, and honorable mention for each tier and category! A full list of prizes will be updated, as available, on this website.Digital submissions will be accepted, via email only, beginning on March 11, 2017. The deadline for submissions is September 8, 2017, and we will announce the winners on October 14, 2017.
