Refuge Closed to Public September 23, 24, & 25 for Managed Deer Hunt


Harris Neck National Wildlife Refuge will be closed to the general public on Thursday (9/23), Friday (9/24), and Saturday (9/25) while conducting the annual archery hunt for white-tailed deer.  Only hunters with valid refuge hunt permits will be allowed entry on those three days.  The refuge will close at sunset on Wednesday, September 22, remain closed throughout the hunt, and then re-open at sunrise on Sunday, September 26.
