Current Closures in the Northeast Region

As of Friday, September 30, most units have returned to normal operations, but some facilities remain closed due to damage from Hurricane Irene while others continue to report partial closures.

Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge (Railroad Ditch entrance, Corapeake Ditch entrance, and Lake Drummond closed until further notice)

Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge (Wildlife Trail has been reopened to public use. Duck Inn trail remains closed until further notice.)
