External Affairs - Alaska

The Alaska External Affairs team is part of a national community of communications professionals welcoming all people into the world of conservation, engaging them in the work of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and inspiring them to enjoy and conserve America’s wildlife and wild places. We work across our team, with partners, and with Service staff across Alaska and beyond to co-create opportunities for the public to participate in conservation efforts and decision-making, and communicate the thinking behind our actions and science. We use storytelling and relationship building to invite people into conversation, strengthen existing partnerships, and look for new connections the people we serve.
