WORK ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORTING
At the conclusion of the summer YCC enrollment period, station managers must ensure a work accomplishment report is completed and forwarded to the Regional YCC Coordinator. The report provides a summary of all the projects completed and highlights accomplishments or concerns with the program throughout the summer. A blank template with instructions can be obtained by clicking the link below. There is also an example of a completed report if needed.
Forward reports to the YCC Coordinator via email at Betsy_Matten@fws.gov. If necessary, reports may also be forwarded to USFWS, 134 Union Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80228-1807.
