$64.6 million in Hurricane Sandy relief for national wildlife refuges and fish hatcheries

May 7, 2013 - Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell on May 7 announced a total of $475 million in emergency Hurricane Sandy disaster relief appropriations. The Service received $64.6 million of this funding for construction and clean up projects at national wildlife refuges and national fish hatcheries from Maine south to Florida.
