Hatchery Hosts

The Hagerman National Fish Hatchery is currently seeking Hatchery Host Volunteers for the 2010 summer season.

Hatchery Hosts primarily help by greeting hatchery visitors and providing information about the hatchery program. Additionally, hosts visit with fisherman at the Oster Lakes and inform visitors of other attractions in the Hagerman Valley of Idaho.

Volunteer Benefits!

The Hagerman Valley has abundant fishing and outdoor activities as well as horseback riding, golfing, rafting, and dining opportunities. The Hatchery grounds are nestled below the canyon rim along the Scenic Thousand Springs of the Snake River.

The Hatchery provides a full RV hook-up for volunteers with water and electricity and an exceptional experience to help Conserve America's Fisheries with the USFWS.

For more information call the Hatchery at (208)-837-4896
