When the Green Bay Botanical Garden developed their "Butterflies and Blooms" exhibit, they reached out to the local U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Field Office for support. Through their unique partnership, Service staff provided pollinator activities for kids on several family free nights this summer and spoke at several adult education classes. The new exhibit at the gardens allowed guests to interact with live butterflies, including monarchs in a screened tent. There are plans to continue the relationship with future events next season.
